KTC is a diverse, cheap, and fun format of Magic: the Gathering
intended to reflect the game we grew up playing, without power creep and
pay-to-win. Decks are easy to build, easy to play, and cost about
$30.

All Magic cards are legal in KTC unless:

later.
- Ban Lists: They are banned in Modern or Legacy, or
restricted in Vintage.
- Card Types: They are planeswalkers or sagas.
